As commercial businesses expand into the defense sector, protecting technical data is essential. Manager v4.4 enhances user access and restriction management to improve documentation control and security. Through the software’s Export Control settings, administrators may exclude user access from any aspect of a document, with security lock-down of a project and marking content. This is especially important for adherence to Export Control Regulations (ECR); including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
