Job Description
The Proposal Manager is responsible for facilitating successful new business results through compelling and effective proposals. This includes working with sales, marketing, and contracts management staff to develop business proposals in response to RFQ/RFI/RFPs, as well as support development of high quality sales materials such as case studies and whitepapers. The ideal candidate must have extensive proposal writing skills for various fortune 500 companies.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years experience in proposal development
- Minimum 2+ years experience writing complex technical proposals and contract administration
- Must have excellent communication and business writing skills along with strong project management skills
- Presentation skills, proficient in MS Office and some graphics/image manipulation
- Due to legal requirements, you must be able to provide documentation indicating that you are a US Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or other approved status) to be considered for this position.
