EXMD Airframe Corp is a licensed professional Aircraft Structures Design Organization providing full service engineering in the disciplines of Airframe Design, Stress Analysis, Materials & Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Liaison Engineering and Tool Design. The company traces its roots to the former McDonnell Douglas Canada Ltd / Boeing Toronto Ltd site, where MD-80, MD-11 and 717 wings were produced.
EXMD is capable of designing primary and secondary airframe parts and major assemblies using both metallic (sheet, machined, metal bond) and composite materials.
In addition to its engineering capabilities the company can provide expert resources in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Support Services, In Service Support and Program Management. EXMD is also capable of developing detailed manufacturing plans and associated non-recurring / recurring cost estimates associated with the development of aircraft structures.
